Account
Can't log in with Google/Apple? Try email login instead, or reinstall the app.
Forgot which email I used? Check your email for "Goal Gauntlet" - you received a welcome email when you signed up.
Want to change my email? Contact support with your current and new email addresses.
Health Data
Steps not syncing?
- Check health app permissions (Settings → Health Data)
- Pull to refresh on home screen
- Try manual sync (Settings → Health Data → Sync Now)
Steps seem low? Wait a few minutes and sync again. Your fitness tracker may be delayed.
No Health Connect on my Android? Install Health Connect from Play Store.
Gauntlets
Can't find a gauntlet with my invite code?
- Codes are case-sensitive
- Ask the organizer to verify the code
- Make sure the gauntlet hasn't already started (some lock after starting)
How do I leave a gauntlet? Open the gauntlet → tap menu (⋮) → Leave Gauntlet
Can I rejoin after leaving? Ask the organizer. You may need to pay the entry fee again.
Payments
Payment failed? Try a different card or Apple Pay / Google Pay.
Where's my refund? Refunds take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
When do I get paid if I win? Within 3-5 business days after the gauntlet ends.
App Issues
App keeps crashing? Update to the latest version and restart your phone.
Not getting notifications? Check phone Settings → Notifications → Goal Gauntlet is enabled.
App using too much battery? Reduce sync frequency: Settings → Health Data → Sync Frequency → Daily
