App Issues
App Won't Open
- Force close and restart: Swipe up and relaunch
- Check for updates: Update to latest version
- Reinstall: Delete and reinstall the app
- Storage space: Ensure 100MB+ available
Login Problems
- Forgot password: Use "Forgot Password" on login screen
- Account not found: Check email spelling
- Social login failed: Try email login instead
- Already logged in: Log out and log back in
Sync Issues
- Data not syncing: Check internet connection
- Outdated data: Pull down to refresh
- Multiple devices: Allow 1-2 minutes for sync
- Force sync: Settings → Sync Now
Challenge Issues
Can't Create Challenge
- Error message: Check character limits (50 char max for titles)
- Template won't load: Refresh the app
- Start date issues: Must be today or future
- Validation errors: Ensure all required fields filled
Progress Not Saving
- Internet required: Must be online to save
- Try again: Wait 10 seconds and retry
- Clear cache: Settings → Clear Cache
- Contact support: If issue persists
Lost Progress
- Check sync status: Settings → Last Synced
- Login verification: Ensure correct account
- Data recovery: Contact Support within 30 days
Account Issues
Can't Update Profile
- Image too large: Max 5MB for profile pictures
- Invalid characters: Use letters, numbers, spaces only
- Username taken: Try adding numbers
- Connection timeout: Try again in better network area
Subscription Problems
- Payment declined: Check card details
- Can't cancel: Settings → Subscriptions → Manage
- Not unlocked: Restart app after purchase
- Refund request: Contact Support
Delete Account
- Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Warning: Cannot be undone!
- Data exported: Download your data first
- Subscription: Cancel before deleting
Notification Issues
Not Receiving Notifications
- Check permissions: Settings → Notifications → Enable
- Do Not Disturb: Check phone DND settings
- Battery saver: May block notifications
- Reinstall: Sometimes fixes notification bugs
Too Many Notifications
- Customize: Settings → Notifications → Manage
- Frequency: Adjust reminder frequency
- Snooze: Use snooze for temporary quiet
- Critical only: Enable "Important Only" mode
Performance Issues
App Running Slow
- Close background apps: Free up memory
- Clear cache: Settings → Storage → Clear Cache

Battery Drain
- Background refresh: Disable if not needed
